I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. I have explored many styles of yoga. This breadth of experience helps me tailor yoga sessions to meet a variety of needs. I care deeply for your health, happiness, and sense of well-being. Yoga sessions with me touch upon many aspects of life. Our mind-body-spirit is one organism. It doesn't serve to "work on" any one area when it is all interconnected. Healing is a holistic experience. This is what and how I teach. I am an experienced, compassionate teacher who believes in the power of co-creation. When we are supported, there is nothing we cannot do.
I teach Forrest Yoga, Yin Yoga, alignment-oriented vinyasa yoga, somatic education, breath awareness, meditation and pranayama.
