Forrest Yoga Breath Formula

The Breath Formula is a simple method for enhancing your communication. The instructions are as follows:

  1. Inhale
  2. Speak on exhale
  3. If you run out of breath in the middle of a sentence, pause, take another deep breath in, and continue
