This Yoga Teacher Training is designed for ANYONE who wants to know more about yoga and its benefits.
Even if you have never done yoga, you will take home many tools to apply to your life that are valuable assets for WELL BEING!
This YTT is also designed for those who have been practicing Yoga and would like to deepen their practice and perhaps start sharing these ancient teachings and the yogic lifestyle with others.
The 200 hour YTT is Yoga Alliance certified and will certify you to register as a yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, should you choose to do so.
This YTT will contain 25 hours of instruction in meditation and how to teach and lead meditation.
It will also contain 30 hours of Accessible Yoga and Trauma Informed Yoga training.
Immerse yourself in a yogic lifestyle of consistent sleep and wake times, a healthy, clean diet, with minimal time for technology, social media, or other distractions in the healing, lush jungles of Montezuma, Costa Rica.
Leave behind behaviors and habits that limit growth and detach from people, situations, places, and things which drain your energy.
You will lead a simple life dedicated to your studies and personal growth.

The program will meet daily, with two days off during the training (dates TBA).
You will be expected to attend every session and be on time for every session. Attendance is required to successfully complete the course and will be taken at each session.
You will be expected to manage your time and boundaries well.
This is a unique time in your life. Treat it as such and you will be immensely rewarded.

6:30am: meditation
7am-8:30am: morning practice
8:30am-9am: discussion/writing process/journaling/coaching
9am-10:30am: meal time/personal time
10:30am-1pm: asana, anatomy, alignment, assists and adjustments, practice teaching
1pm-2:30pm: meal time/personal time
2:30pm-4:30pm: yoga philosophy/pranayama/meditation/sequencing & themeing/coaching/personal growth
4:30pm-5pm: personal time
5pm-6pm: Yin or gentle Hatha practice or trainee teaching practice
7pm-next morning: meal time/personal time

Meet your teachers
Lola Rephann
Lola Rephann has been practicing yoga for over 25 years, and during that time has sampled extensively from the yoga buffet. Having practiced everything from Ashtanga to Yin, Lola’s teaching is eclectic, based in functional movement, and always evolving. A passionate advocate for yoga, Lola’s classes will bring you to your edge and stay with you long after you’ve left your mat.
Cristiane Machado
Cristiane is a movement lover and teacher. She teaches Zumba and yoga and leads international retreats with her Bountiful Bliss brand. Cristiane lives in Costa Rica and teaches all over the world, including Greece, Italy, Brazil, the United States, and elsewhere. One of Cristiane's great loves is the Infinite Possibilities work developed by spiritual teacher Mike Dooley. Cristiane also offers Cacao ceremonies with her great love, Madre Cacao. These heart-opening ceremonies include medicine songs, journaling, and fire ceremonies, and make a deep impact on the participants.
